Greek Salad

Ingredients

1 Cos lettuce, sliced
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1 red onion, sliced
4 vine tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 (200g) pack feta cheese, diced
75g black olives

For the dressing :

6 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of sugar

Method

Place all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
To make the dressing place all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk together. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss together.
