Choosing & Using
Our olive oils have different uses.
As a general guide use Filippo Berio Mild & Light or Pure Olive Oil for frying and general cooking, and one of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils to season uncooked foods or enhance the flavour of cooked dishes.
If you can't have all our olive oils, try to keep at least one bottle of Filippo Berio Mild & Light, Pure Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil on hand for use in your favourite recipes!
