Stir into cooked spaghetti or other pasta, add fresh grated parmesan cheese and serve. Tomato & Ricotta Pesto can also be used to add flavour to potatoes, sandwiches, wraps, raw veggies - or simply spread on toasted bread.
Once opened keep refridgerated and use within two weeks.
