Greek Salad

  • 1 Cos lettuce, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 vine tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 (200g) pack feta cheese, diced
  • 75g black olives

For the dressing :

  • 6 tbsp Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of sugar


Place all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

To make the dressing place all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk together. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss together.
