Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 150ml mayonnaise ( follow these instructions to make your own from stratch)
  • 75g/3oz rindless crumbled blue veined cheese
  • 150ml pint soured cream or thick natural Greek yoghurt
  • 12 tsp crushed garlic
  • Season to taste


In a large bowl place the mayonnaise, blue cheese, sour cream (or Greek yoghurt) and garlic together until well blended. Season with salt.

Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
